The new 8CHT is the highlight model of our City series, but also offers an incredible amount of fun off the beaten track. You will be supported on your tours by the high-end drive system of the BOSCH Performance Line CX with 625 Wh battery and the small but excellent Nyon display.

In addition, the 8CHT shines with its low-maintenance Gates belt drive, combined with the indestructible 14-speed Rohloff Speedhub – the non-plus ultra of the rear wheel hubs, which we have equipped this with an electronic Rohloff E-14 gear lever – perfectly matched to the BOSCH eShift function. With just the push of a button, the drive takes the load off the system and the Rohloff E-14 automatically shifts. Keep the button pressed and the system will switch all 14 gears in a fast 3-speed sequence. And should you ever come to a stop at a traffic light, the system automatically shifts back into starting gear. The most efficient and long-lasting switching system for all mid-range e-bikes.

What else? You can look forward to comfortable, premium-class e-bike equipment: Suntour suspension fork, integrated Racktime System luggage rack, the Busch & Müller lighting system with parking light, the Humpert handlebar and stem, Ergon GP-1 grips and the fast Schwalbe Super Moto-X tyres.
